A Lock of Hair
I've been growing my hair for the past two years with the intention to donate a lock long enough to help craft a hand-sewn wig for a sick child. Did you know it takes approximately 12 donations of unprocessed hair and costs about $1,200 to craft a single hand-sewn wig for a child?
So here's my little 12 inches contribution that is on its way to the Canadian Cancer Society...

Brava! That is awesome. I would love to do that someday. My daughter's dance studio did their bi-annual giveaway for Locks of Love and this year donated over 39 feet! That is some love.
