Thursday Spirit - What should I do?
Zen wisdom: one beam cannot support a house. Each of our skills is a support beam. To fully develop and support our house, we must learn many different skills.
When we encourage others we often feel encouraged ourselves.
When encouraging others, we have to look at the other person, listen to her/his concerns and discouragement, then objectively find a way to reach her/him to get her/him motivated. When going through this process, it becomes easier to take an objective look at ourselves and overcome our own obstacles.
